RADAR keys, also referred to as NKS (National Key Scheme) keys, are used to open the accessible/disabled toilets available in public places free of charge. The keys are available from Disability Watford and Watford Borough Council Customer Service Centre, as well as other organisations (for a small charge), see below for the contact details.
